Your dream job
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
» Actively participate in the external recruitment process for foreign and out-of-province workers, in close collaboration with managers.
» Participate in the coordination of employee development, training and knowledge transfer initiatives.
» Manage and monitor group insurance and pension funds for non-unionized employees
» Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on recruitment activities, HR projects and labor relations.
AND, BY THE WAY:
» Collaborate with the HR team in the planning, implementation and follow-up of strategic HR projects (recognition, surveys, etc.).
» Coordinate international recruitment missions, interviews, candidate assessments and reference checks.
» Perform all other related tasks
Our dream candidate
» Has an undergraduate university degree in human resources or work-study equivalence
» At least 3 years' relevant experience in personnel management in a manufacturing environment
» Is bilingual (French - English)
» Has a good sense of analysis, priorities and urgency
» Is autonomous
» Enjoys teamwork
» Knowledge of Kronos and SAP systems (asset)
